Introduction to ultra-thin servo electromagnetic brakes
CDC-SG series electromagnetic brake series is a small and medium-sized electromagnetic spring pressurized power-loss brake carefully designed and developed by our company, specializing in ultra-thin servo motors, and through the combination of special controllers, the brake can be started with high power and maintained by small power. It has the advantages of ultra-thin type, energy saving, low heat generation, high torque and long life. This product is widely used in ultra-thin servo motors such as robots and manipulators with compact space and high volume requirements.

Operational considerations
Brake body
Electromagnetic brakes mostly use soft materials, and if they are knocked, dropped or exerted too hard, they may cause injuries and deformation, so please pay full attention when operating.
Wires
Do not pull the brake wiretoo hard or bend it at an acute angle, and it is forbidden to lift the brake with the wire in hand.
Friction surface
Since this product is a dry brake, it is necessary to keep the friction surface dry when using it. When installing and using, please pay attention to avoid contact with water, oil, etc. on the friction surface.
Precautions for use
Environment
The friction surface must not have oil, moisture, dust, etc., please pay attention to protection.
Use ambient temperature
Ambient temperature of the brake: -10°C~40°C, if you want to use it outside the range, please consult our technicians.
Supply voltage fluctuations
Extreme supply voltage fluctuations may not meet brake performance requirements, so keep the voltage within 10% of the rated voltage ±.
Installation considerations
Fixation of the rotor hub part
The design and use of the rotor hub requires that it cannot contact with the stator, and the fixing method If the general hexagonal screw is used and threaded fastening glue is applied, please pay attention to the thread fastening glue must not seep out to the surface of the hub.
Mounting screws
Thebolts and screws used for brake installation should be loosened with threaded fastening glue.
Axis
The tolerance of the brake shaft bore is set to class H7, so please consider the press-in tolerance when using press-in rotor hubs.
The accuracy of the mounting surface of the brake
The coaxiality (X) between the brake mounting stop and the shaftand the perpendicularity of the brake mounting surface to the shaft (Y) should not exceed the allowable values in the table below.

| Model | Size | Coaxiality (X)(mm). | Perpendicularity (Y)(mm). |
