Installation considerations
1. Before installation, check and ensure that the installation plane is flat, flatness ≤ 0.05, roughness ≤ Ra3.2, shaft and installation end face perpendicularity ≤ 0.05, if the installation surface accuracy is poor, it will cause noise when the brake is running.
2. During the installation process, it should be avoided to knock, drop or use too much force to cause the brake to deform, affecting its use.
3. During installation and use, the friction surface should be avoided with oil, water and other liquid substances, which will lead to the failure of the brake torque slide, in order to prevent the entry of oil, water and dust, a protective cover can be used for protection.
4. Large voltage fluctuations will affect the normal use of the brake, and the input voltage of the brake should be controlled within ±10% of the rated voltage.
5. When installing, the installation screw must be coated with thread fastening glue to prevent it from loosening, pay attention to the glue can not be adhered to the rotor, shaft sleeve and suction surface, which will cause the brake to not open normally.
6. Special attention should be paid to whether the brake is opened when the motor rotates, and the forced operation of the brake will cause damage to the brake.
