CDC-W series brake is a spring-pressurized electromagnetic de-energized brake, specially equipped with micromotor, to slow down and maintain brake, widely used in machine tools, manipulators, printing equipment, textile machinery, packaging machinery, stage lifting equipment, non-standard automation, pharmaceutical equipment, testing equipment, automobile manufacturing, satellite communications, metal processing, pharmaceutical industry and other industries.

Usage considerations

1. The brake uses more soft materials, and should avoid knocking, falling or too hard during the installation process, otherwise it may cause the brake to appear scratches or deformation and affect the use, please pay attention during the installation process.

2. Please be careful not to stretch the lead wire of the brake forcefully, bend it too much or lift the lead wire by hand, which may damage the lead wire and cause the brake to not work.

3. Our brakes are all dry double-sided friction pad brakes. If the friction surface is stained with oil or water, the torque of the brake will drop, so it needs to be used in a dry state. To prevent oil or water and dust, use a protective cover.

4. Excessive voltage fluctuations will affect the performance of the brake, so the use voltage of the brake is controlled within the range of ±10% of the rated voltage, and it is required to be smooth and interference-free.

5. The working gap of the actuator has been adjusted when leaving the factory, and there is no need to adjust it when using, and the user is requested not to open the brake privately. Improper clearance may cause the brakes to malfunction.

6. Special attention: the brake must be opened when the motor rotates, and it is not possible to forcibly drag with the brake! Dragging with the brake will damage the brakes in a short time!

7. The installation screws are required to be fixed with thread special glue, when applying glue to the screws, please be careful not to apply to the surface of the rotor and the surface of the square wheel.

8. The installation accuracy of the brake is not good, which may cause the brake to make noise when running, please pay attention to the control. The allowable values are shown in the following table:
