CDC-DTPD series elevator disc type single rotor brake is characterized by a two-halves structure (the moving plate is split from the middle and divided into left and right halves).
The products are specifically divided into two categories, namely double coil (there are 2 sets of coils in the wire package, which can independently control the corresponding moving plateaction) and single coil (there is only 1 set of coils in the wire package, which can only control the simultaneous operation of the two halves of the moving plate, and cannot be controlled separately
).

Installation considerations
1. To prevent grease or lubricating oil from staining on the friction surface.
2. When installing, confirm that the friction plate is not bumped, scratched, bumpy and other phenomena
3. The working environment temperature of the brake is -10 °C ~ 40 °C, and it should be avoided to be stored and used at extremely high temperature or humidity. (If the working environment temperature is not in this range, please contact our company).
4. Installation must be carried out in strict accordance with the installation instruction manual, and the installation screw must use a torque wrench and lock it according to the specified torque.
